Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the new kid on the block. It's being backed by scientific research. Does this remind you of something? Cognitive Behavoural therapy (CBT) was the previous new kid on the block. CBT was hailed as the new therapy. It deals with our conscious thought patterns and aims to change the way we think. It's a good idea to change negative thought patterns, but if they are 'programmed' in unconsciously, then they just keep happening. Here is a very good article to read about Mindfulness and NLP  

Random acts of kindness

As an antidote to neknominate drinking online, a man has come up with a better idea for us all to get into. This man nominates someone to perform random acts of kindness and see how many you can achieve in a day. Something as simple as paying for someone's coffee, car park fee, or giving a trolley with the coin still in.
