Many therapists don’t like to share information about themselves. It might be that they were taught not to. I believe that, providing I am not wasting your valuable time and money during sessions, it could be helpful for you to know a little about me before making an appointment.
About 26 years ago I suffered panic attacks and loss of confidence. I went through many years trying to find a way to overcome these problems, because they had a negative impact on every part of my life. But none of the therapies I tried seemed to help change my outlook and I was determined not to go down the drug route.
Eventually, after many years of exploring how to get better, I came across hypnotherapy and it changed my life. I soon became confident, learned how to deal with my negative thoughts, and cope with situations in life that caused anxieties.
It seemed so simple that I didn’t believe it could last … but it has. I became so fascinated by the power and effectiveness of hypnotherapy that I decided I wanted to make it my career. I am proud to say that I have been able to help hundreds of people to change their lives too.

Why choose me?
Sometimes you just have to go with your instinct and choose the person who you believe will be the best for you.
You get what you pay for!
Buy cheap, buy twice is what I have read. If you think you deserve the best, have the best.
Some therapists may charge the earth for just one session. Be wary of that. What if it does not help you? You may be hundreds of pounds down with nothing to show for it.
Find the right person who gets to know you and understands you and the benefits will be enormous.
Don’t believe anyone who tells you that a one off session will ‘fix’ you. There is no such thing as being fixed. We go through life with twists and turns, and sometimes we have things sorted out, and other times we need help.
All my past clients know that if they need someone to turn to I am here to help them. It can be so reassuring that you find someone you can relate to, and if and when you might need them in the future, you can see them for help.
Most of my clients come to me by referral or recommendation. If they are very happy with how I have helped them, they are more than willing to tell others.
I do enjoy seeing new clients who at first may be a little apprehensive and then realise that hypnotherapy is absolutely the right thing for them.
