"I felt that the training was delivered in a calm and relaxed style that was easy to follow and fun to take part in, whilst covering all of the points within the course itself. In order to support the training, the trainers used realistic and practical scenarios to answer any questions that arose.
All of the life and business coaching tools were broken down and explained clearly. Everyone on the course was given time to practise these tools in a live environment, which added to the authenticity of the course. You really got to experience how it feels to be working as a coach, whilst learning.
